is an attractive block of five apartments located on a ridge just a minute away from the beach. The apartments enjoy a magnificent view of Xlendi Beach as shown in the above photo. Like most local houses, the Serenity apartments are built from the local globigerina stone which is warm white in colour and are finished to high specifications. Although the five apartments share a common street entrance and the staircase, each one is independent and self-contained. The photos below are of typical bedrooms and bathrooms in the Serenity Block. Please note that the colour of the bathroom tiles is different for each apartment (the colour of the utilites match the tile colour) - however the layout is the same. Also the sheets and pillows coverlets colour may be different from these shown.

Apartment No. 1 enjoys a large terrace which besides a magnificent view of the bay, also offers plenty of space for al fresco dinners cooked in the spacious and well equipped kitchen, and then taken out to be enjoyed on the terrace which is also equiped with outdoor furniture. This apartment can accomodate up to three persons very comfortably. This apartment covers an area of approximately 74 square meters comprising a large bedroom (triple), bathroom, lounge, dining room and kitchen, a small internal yard and the terrace. Amenities include hot and cold water in the bathroom and kitchen, large fridge/freezer, cooking unit (4 place stove + large oven), toaster, kitchen cupboards as well as sufficient cooking utensils, plates, and cutlery. There is also an ironing board and an electric hot iron as well as a broom cupboard containing cleaning utensils. The internal yard can be accessed from the bedroom and is very efficient in keeping the bedroom cool during the summer. This apartment is quite cool even in summer and a regulated fan (strong to moderate) is sufficient to provide ventilation throughout the summer months.
Apartments No. 2, 3 and 4 enjoy the magnificent view of the bay and the surrounding cliffs from the balcony overlooking the terrace in apartment No. 1. Apartment No. 2 has an area covering approximately 51½ square meters and comprises two bedrooms (a triple and a double), a bathroom, lounge/dining and a large kitchen and a short connecting corridor. It can therefore accommodate five persons very comfortably. There is hot and cold water in the bathroom and kitchen. The kitchen equipment consists of a large fridge/freezer, cooking unit (4 place stove + large oven), toaster, kitchen cupboards as well as sufficient cooking utensils, plates, and cutlery to cater for six persons. There is also an ironing board and an electric hot iron as well as a broom cupboard containing cleaning utensils.This apartment is cool in summer and a regulated fan (strong to moderate) is sufficient to provide ventilation throughout the summer months.
Both Apartments No. 3 and No. 4. cover an area of approximately 70 square meters and both have two triple bedrooms, a bathroom, a very large lounge/dining and a large kitchen and a connecting corridor. Both can therefore accommodate six persons very comfortably. There is hot and cold water in the bathroom and kitchen in both apartments. The kitchen equipment of both apartments consists of a large fridge/freezer, cooking unit (4 place stove + large oven), toaster, kitchen cupboards as well as sufficient cooking utensils, plates, and cutlery to cater for six persons. There is also an ironing board and an electric hot iron as well as a broom cupboard containing cleaning utensils. Both apartments are cool in summer and two regulated fans (strong to moderate) are provided to provide ventilation throughout the summer months. Each bedroom has a window one looking on the street and the other on the internal shaft and provide the necessary heat escape route!.
The Penthouse, Apartment 5, covers an area of approximately 70 square meters and also boasts of two triple bedrooms a bathroom, a comfortable lounge / dining / kitchen and a connecting corridor and can therefore accommodate six persons very comfortably. There is hot and cold water in the bathroom and the kitchen. The kitchen equipment of the Penthouse consists of a large fridge/freezer, cooking unit (4 place stove + large oven), toaster, kitchen cupboards as well as sufficient cooking utensils, plates, and cutlery to cater for six persons. There is also an ironing board and an electric hot iron as well as a broom cupboard containing cleaning utensils. The kitchen leads to a large tiled terrace offerring the best view of Xlendi bay that one can get in the Serenity block! This terrace is furnished with garden (outdoor) furniture great for outdoor meals during the evening. A sun umbrella is also included to provide shade during the day. The terrace has also been embelished with attractive garden lights. The bedroom on the street side also enjoys a balcony (naturally overlooking the street) with an aluminum door which can be left open. A slidable insect screen is also provided should one prefer to leave the door open. The other bedroom's window overlooks the internal shaft and provide the necessary heat escape route! The Penthouse can therefore accommodate six persons very comfortably.
