Internally marked as Apartment 4 in this block
of 6 apartments located in a prime area of
Marsalforn this comfortable apartment is easily
accessed by bus - in fact it is just a few metres
from the bus terminal. The beach, restaurants,
dive-shops and an enormous car-park are within a
few meters. The beach offers a choice of sandy,
pebbley and rocky areas.
TheTal-Wied Apartment is
self-contained, compact and cosy. The total area
is 68m² and is divided between a huge, open plan
room, which houses the sitting, kitchen and dining
room, two bedrooms and a bathroom.

| On
opening the door one enters the well-lighted huge
open-plan room. Just by the door is the sitting
area and on the far-side the kitchen / dining
area. There are two floor to ceiling 4-door french-
doors which lead to the enormous front balcony /
terrace.
The sitting
area is furnished in rattan and consists of a
3-place sofa (which also hides a double bed used
for emergencies) and two comfortable armchairs.
There is also a three-piece telescoping coffee
table that are ideal for coffee (or ash-trays)
during conversation. This area is lighted by a
4-door floor-to-ceiling french-door that leads to
the enormous front balcony / terrace. Four
brocaded curtains provide the means to control the
amount of natural light to the area.

On
the other side of the room is the spacious kitchen
with its spacious cupboards housing the cutley,
crockery, pots and pans to cover for six people.
The equipment consists of a four-gas burner hob, a
large oven, a large two-door fridge/freezer and a
toaster. The large upright cupboard in the corner
houses a broom and other cleaning material. The
sink is complete with hot and cold water and a
draining board. This area is very well-lighted by
natural light streaming in through the 4-door
floor-to-ceiling french-door which leads to the
enormous front balcony/terrace. Four brocaded
matching curtains control the amount of light that
enters this area.

| Leading
off this enormous multi-purpose room is the huge
front balcony/terrace with its nice sea-view of
the main bay and the surrounding countryside.
There is plenty of space for the out-door
furniture provided - a table and four chairs -
though there is plenty of space for six persons.
Even so the balcony/terrace will not be crowded
since there is plenty of space for children

the other side of the huge open-plan room are the
bedrooms and bathroom.
On the right is the
double-bedroom. The furniture, in solid pine,
consists of a locally carved and manufactured
standard double bed, on each side of which is a
carved cupboard consisting of a large locker with
door and a drawer plus two lamp-shades that are
individually controlled.
Clothes are stored in the very
spacious 4 door-carved 2.13 metres high
wardrobe.
There is also a mirrored dresser
with a stool, plenty of drawers and a doored
locker.
Natural light
is provided through a large window. Extra
ventilation is provided by an electric fan.

The other
bedroom houses twin beds, 90cm wide. In the middle
of these beds are a large mirror and a cupboard
with a drawer and a locker with a door. There is
also a very spacious, 4 doored wardrobe with is
over 2 meters in height. In this wardrobe an
electric iron and an ironing board are stored.
Leading off this room is the
back balcony which is provided by clothes lines
and plenty of clothes pegs in order to air
clothes.
Right
between the bedrooms and easily accessible from
the open-plan room is the bathroom. Apart from the
normal WC there is also a full-length bath/shower
and a wide wash-hand basin. Hanging on top of the
wash-hand basin is a good sized mirror. This room
also enjoys a window which lets in natural light.
Naturally hot and cold water are available in the
bath and the wash-hand basin.
